Medical Conditions
Please note that the skater is responsible for any medication they need to take. We might ask for a doctor’s note confirming whether there are any restrictions on the exercise you should do before you attend skating lessons. This is to ensure you exercise in a way that is safe for you.
Photographs
If you tick to say you agree to photos being taken, they could be used by Penistone Skate School to promote skating activities and events. The images will not be used for any other purpose and will be retained for a period of no longer than 5 years. Names of skaters will not be included with any images. You can contact Rachel at any time and ask for these images to be deleted from our media library.
Cancellation policy
Please call or text Rachel on 07861 680237 to cancel a speed skating session or block of lessons before they have started.
- More than a week in advance, these can be refunded
- Between a week and 2 days in advance, the booking can be transferred to a different date
- Less than 2 days in advance, refunds can only be made if the place can be filled by another skater from the waiting list.
Once a block has started, partial refunds cannot be made for missed lessons.
Refunds
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a week.
