As it’s almost Christmas, we wanted to let you know about the dates for the festive events at Penistone Leisure Centre. To celebrate we are holding the Christmas Skating Party; two hours of games, music, food and prizes. Tickets have currently been released for Saturday 21st December (4:30-6:30pm) with the option of adding one on Sunday 22nd (1:00-3:00pm) if all tickets sell. Book the Christmas skate party
We are also advertising the TEEN glow (disco) skate for children aged 11-15. This gives your children the opportunity to spend time with their friends and skate. During the skate, you can visit the tuck shop for snacks and drinks and listen to music. The tickets cost £5.50 each and the addition of pizza it costs a further £4 (£9.50 combined). If you would be interested in this, tickets for the TEEN glow are available on the Penistone Leisure Centre website which can be accessed via the above link. The event is held on the third Saturday of the month (7:00-9:00pm). The next TEEN glow is on Saturday 21st December. Book the glow skate here
Finally, every weekend the centre offers tickets to the public skates on both Saturday (11:00am-1:00pm) and Sunday (10:00am-12:00pm). These tickets cost only £4 and can be booked through the Penistone Leisure Centre website. During this, the Hub Community Cafe is also open, serving drinks and breakfast on Saturdays and drinks and snacks on Sundays. Book Public Skate Sessions
